SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada by FedEx® on orders over $1,000. Upon order confirmation, please allow approximately 5-10 business days for processing and delivery. Special requests such as bracelet size adjustment will take additional 1-2 business days in processing time. Shipping to remote locations may take additional delivery time. We do not ship to PO boxes.

In efforts to prevent fraudulent transactions and to protect your valued merchandise, we do not disclose the tracking number of our shipments. Your signature will be required at the time of delivery and serve as the proof of successful delivery of your order.

For international shipping, processing and delivery costs will vary. All applicable duties and taxes are at the responsibility of the customer. GemOro is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as special weather conditions, custom clearance, etc.

We also offer free in-store pick up should you choose this option at check out.

 

RETURN POLICY

For all regular-priced merchandise purchased online, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the items comply with the following conditions:

(Please ensure you have removed all other jewellery when trying on the item so as not to scratch it. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way.)

Sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns By Mail or In-store

Please contact us by email at [email protected] should you wish to make a return. We will provide you with a GemOro Return Authorization number (GRA#) and the return shipping address.

Upon receiving your return, we will verify that the item complies with conditions as per above. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase within a few business days.

Items that do not satisfy these conditions will be declined and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

 

Exchanges and In-store Credit

You may bring your item and the proof of purchase in store for an exchange or in-store credit in the form of a gift card. Note the item must satisfy all conditions as per above.

Exchanges are in-store only.

All exchanges are final. Item that has been previously exchanged cannot be further exchanged.

All purchases made with a gift card or a credit note are final.
